To ensure the effectiveness and safety of vaccines, they must be continuously monitored, which is why Nenwell vaccine refrigerators are equipped with a microprocessor temperature control system that provides exceptional temperature accuracy. These medical-grade refrigerators feature a digital temperature display that can measure temperatures with high precision at 0.1℃, as well as a security alarm system that includes alerts for high/low temperature, voltage, and sensor failures. They also have internal fans to maintain even temperature distribution throughout.
In addition to continuous monitoring, it's essential to record vaccine temperature at regular intervals. Nenwell vaccine refrigerators come with Probe Access Ports, and data loggers can be installed to keep track of the temperature continuously.
Refrigerated vaccines should generally be stored between 2°C and 8°C (36°F and 46°F), and frozen vaccines should be stored between -50°C and -15°C (-58°F and +5°F). Nenwell vaccine refrigerators and freezers are designed to maintain strict temperature ranges for both refrigerated (+35°F to 46°F) and frozen (-58°F to +5°F) vaccines.
